Home and School Association -
executive board is comprised of five parents that work closely with the principal on fund raising and other issues. All parents are voting members. General meeting for the entire membership occur every other month.
Homeroom Parents -
work with teachers and assist with special projects, parties, and field
trips.
Fall Parish Carnival - carnival sponsored by Blessed Sacrament Parish. Booth's sponsored by St. Mary's raise funds for the school. Parents are needed to set-up and run booths.
Scrip Program - fund raising program for the school. Gift certificates are purchased at face value, and when used, the vendor contributes a predetermined percentage to the school. Vendors are both local and nationa1, such as JC Penney's, Country Mart and many fast food vendors. Parents are needed to assist in selling scrip after school and at school events. Catholic Schools Week - National week of recognition in January for all Catholic Schools. Parents are needed for various activities promoting the benefits of Catholic Schools.
Race for Education- Students get pledges for how many laps they run or walk. Flat donations can be given also.

Christmas Program - annual program put on by the entire school.
Math-a-thon - sponsored by St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Students take pledges and complete a math workbook at their grade level to raise money for St. Jude's.
Easter Pageant - Performed by 4th grade and up in celebration of Easter.
Weekly Mass - Kindergarten and up participate in Mass every Wednesday morning. Classes take turns participating in the Liturgy.
Book Fair - Held in the spring and fall. Parents are needed to help students selecting and purchasing books.
Science and Geography Fair -
Students compete with science and geography, projects in April, with the option to participate in the Science Fair sponsored by Cameron University.
Spring Open House and Registration- Open house in April that allows current, and prospective families to visit St
Mary's and meet with teachers. Families can register for the next year at this time. Parents and older students are needed
to run registration and give tours of the,
Red Ribbon Week - Anti-drug campaign in October that includes
daily activities to remind and educate students about the dangers of drug and
alcohol abuse. Parents are needed to plan and run activities during the week.

Teacher Appreciation Committee - A group of parents that show appreciation for our teachers during the year, with small gifts, or food items in the teachers lounge.
Booster Club - Supports all the sports programs sponsored by the school. Students can participate in soccer, baseball and basketball.
Coaching! - Coaches are needed for all sports that St. Mary's sponsors. Sign up with the Athletic Director in the front office.
