• The Archdiocesan Code of Conduct must be read, and the signature sheet submitted with the completed application. This is available at:

• The application must include three references to be checked in conjunction with a Criminal Background Check through the Archdiocesan Office of Safe Environments.
• If applying for a teaching position, please include your resume with the application, and your signed signature page of the Code of Conduct.
• Upon receipt of this documentation an interview will be scheduled with the principal.
