Both employees and volunteers must fill out the Archdiocesan Application and abide by the Code of Conduct. In addition, all employees and volunteers must have passed Criminal Background Checks and participated in the Archdiocesan Safe Environments training. The background check is processed by the administrative staff of St. Mary's. The Safe Environment Training is conducted on site by the adminstative staff of St. Mary's.
